MINDSETNutrition and physical fitness are extremely important, but if your mindset isn’t set for growth we end up falling back into old patterns and habits that send us backwards instead of towards our goals where we want to be. We are going to dig deep into the standards, beliefs, patterns, attitudes, habits, fears and other factors that are sabotaging your results and change your mind to change your life.
LIFE VISIONWhy am I doing what I am doing? What do I want out of life? How can I get all the things I want? When we don’t have a clear vision of what we want, why we want it and how we can get there than life can seem overwhelming, out of control, anxious, unsure, etc... This is not the optimal state to be in to make the physical, mental, social and emotional transformations. During the life vision element we put all of the pieces of the puzzle together to allow you to be more intentional in creating the wellness and life you want rather than letting life just happen to you. We will dive into and map out your hopes, dreams, and goals that you have for your future and the standards, values, beliefs, habits and patterns that have stopped you from reaching your true potential.
When it comes to nutrition many of us know what we should do, but the difficult part is turning the shoulds into musts and making them habits that stick for life. Therefore, we focus on educating you, helping you build the right habits for your goals, being your accountability system, and helping you navigate through the pitfalls of your journey.
PHYSICAL FITNESSWe all know we need to exercise, but there are many factors that keep us from achieving the physical fitness level that we desire. The Potential-U takes all the guess work out of what kind of exercise, when, how much, where to exercise, why certain exercises, etc… and builds an exercise program that is geared towards your goals, lifestyle, ability level, limitations, etc… Once we get you moving well and then moving often, you will feel more empowered to take on any physical challenge you desire.
